Francis Cane< no role > taken before me one of
his Majestys Justices of the peace in
and for the said County of Middlesex

Who being upon Oath saith that he lives in
Angel Alley Bishopgate Street in the City of
London that on Thursday night the Ninth of
December instant about Seven oClock on the
Evening his House situate as aforesaid was
Burglariously broke and Entered and one Shawl
one Shirt a great Quantity of other Wearing
Apparel together with about Fifty Guineas in Cash
was feloniously taken and Carried away the
Property of this Informant And this Informant
further Saith that the Shirt and Shawl now
produced and which was found in [..] of a
Person now present who calls himself Susannah
at the [..] which
Circumstance he strongly suspects that the
Said Susannah Goddard< no role > is concerned in the said
felony and Burglary
