Maketh Oath that he this Deponent
was at the last Session held as theGeneral
Old Bailey
tryed for Stealing 3 pieces of Painted Callico the Property
of the Abovenamed Masons Schooley and was Acquitted and
this Deponent further Saith that this Honorable Court made
an Order that the the Deponent should be detained in Custody
[..] to give Evidence agt. John Smith< no role >
and that he should
give 48 Hours Notice of Bail to the Pror.andin pursuance of
Such Order and that the Bail be taken by the Right Honorable
the Lord Mayor of the sd City and this Deponent further saith that he
did put in Bail according to the said Order and this Dept.
lastly saith that he hath Attended all this Session in order
to give Evidence agt. the sd. John Smith< no role >
but not being called
on for that purpose and that no Bill of Indictment
