First the Informant Phillip Phillips saith that about Eight
o Clock Yesterday Evening he was desired by the said Other
Informant Thomas Speed< no role >
to carry the Poor [..] Basket bottle
now produced to the Swan at Holborn Bridge

and in Basino Court met with the Prisoner in
Company with other the say person who spoke to Informant at
the Picking Block with the Parcel on his Back, that he there upon
laid hold of him and secured the Box. That Prisoner escaped from
him whereupon Informant sayed out stop theif and pursued
