then being on board a certain private Ship of War
called the Countess de Singlay belonging to certain
Subjects of The French King then and still being
Enemies of and at War with the King of Great
Britain And this Deponent further Saith that
the said Ship or Vessel called the Ashton with< no role >
the said Salt on beard was carried into the port
of Haure de Grace in the Kingdom of France
and these detrined and kept for the benefit of
the Owner or burners of the said Private Ship of
War
