The Information of William Parry< no role > of the Poultry
London Linen draper Who, being on Oath, saith that
on Wednesday the seventh day of this Instant June, he saw
William Pateman< no role > This name instance is in set 1286. , the prisoner now examining at the Bar
very active in the Riot in Coleman Street when the
House of Robert Charleton< no role > with his Goods & Furniture
were destroying by the Mob, that during this
Disturbance, Mr Alderman Bull came there, and this
Informant took Notice that the Prisoner went twice up
to the Alderman's Coach, as if to parley with him, that
he appeared to this Informant to be one of the
Ringleaders of said Riot; that this Informant saw
the Prisoner pateman assist in Loading the Carts
which carried the Goods Furniture Etc to burn, and
says that when pateman the Prisoner left, the Alderman
Coach the second time, that the Alderman was drove
away.
