saith that on Wednesday the seventh day of June Instant
between two and three o'Clock in the afternoon passing by
the Quarters in Moorfields

a great Quantity of Household Goods into the Street

of Liquor to the Window, and drawing the Cork with his
Teeth, drank out of the Bottle and then three the Bottle
out of the Mob who were

and
[..] huzza'd to them and this Informant further saith
that when the said Prisoner Staples, had so done he again
began to throw other parts of the Furniture out of the Window
and taking a second Bottle of Liquor, he did with that as he
had with the first, says that he saw the said Prisoner
Staples, throw a Quantity of the Wainscot of the Room
out of the Window to be burn'tsays that this Informant ware
looking on about twenty Minute all which time prisoner was remarkably bury
