23 George Simpson< no role > , in Woodstreet -compter, committed by Mr. Alderman
Wilkes, on oath of John Rogers< no role > and another, for feloniously setting
fire to the chapel of the Sardinian minister in Duke-street , Lincoln's
inn-fields, on Friday the 2d instant. Dated Jun 21, 1780.

24 Thomas Tipson< no role > , committed by Mr. Alderman Peckham, on oath of
James Brown< no role > , for assembling himself with a great number of persons
at present unknown, to the terror of the people, at the house of Tho-
mas Langdale< no role > at Holborn-bridge ; and on suspicion of being present at
and feloniously and traiterously assisting in demolishing the said house.
Dated June 22, 1780.

25 John Jones< no role > , in the Poultry -compter, committed by Mr. Alderman
Clarke, on oath of John Cradden< no role > and others, for stealing a silver watch,
value 2 guineas, a steel chain and seal. Dated May 16, 1780.

Brackley Kennet< no role > , Esq ; Lord-Mayor, on oath of John Hasslep and
others, for stealing a pair of silver buckles and a pair of paste buckles.

standing indicted at the session of oyer and terminer holden for the city

jury. Dated May 19, 1780.

Wooldridge, on oath of Thomas Catherow< no role > and others, for stealing 5
yards of French net gauze. Dated May 29, 1780.

29 Elizabeth Stewart< no role > , in the Poultry -compter, committed by Mr. Alder-
man Sainsbury, on oath of Margaret Holbird< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. and others, for stealing
36 half crown pieces, 2 pair of laced ruffles, a laced handkerchief, Etc.

honourable Brackley Kennett< no role > , Esq ; Lord-Mayor, and the right ho-
nourable Thomas Harley< no role > , Esq ; on oath of Andrew Williamson< no role > and
others, for unlawfully and riotously assembling together with other per-
sons, in the parish of St. Mildred the Virgin, London, at the entrance
of the Poultry -compter, and endeavouring to force the same open, and
assaulting and striking the said Andrew Williamson< no role > with and iron bar.

riotous and tumultuous manner before the dweling-house of Thomas
Langdale,
