LONDON COMMITMENTS.

32 William Brown< no role > , in the Poultry -compter, committed by the right ho-
nourable Brackley Kennett< no role > , Esq ; Lord-Mayor, on oath of Carter
Daking and another, for stealing on Thursday last, in the day-time,
from his person, in his dwelling-house in Bishopsgate-street , the sum of
one shilling, and, with a drawn knife in his hand, putting him in fear
of his life. Dated June 13, 1780.

nourable Brackley Kennett, Esq ; Lord-Mayor, on
oath of Thomas Linton< no role > and others, on a violent
suspicion of feloniously and burglariously breaking
and entering the dwelling-house of Cornelius Donavan< no role > , in Broad-street ,
London, and stealing several beds and other houshold goods and furni-
ture, value 2000l. then being in the said dwelling-house, his property.
Dated June 13, 1780.

ble Brackley Kennett, Esq ; Lord-Mayor, on oath of Charles Burket< no role > ,
William Lee< no role > , and WIlliam Shepheard, for that he, with a great num-
ber of disorderly persons, on Tuesday the 6th of June instant, assem-
bled themselves together in a riotous and tumultuous manner, in and
near his Majesty< no role > 's gaol of Newgate , London, and for having made an
assault on the said gaol, let loose the prisoners confined therein, and set
fire to and destroyed the said prison. Dated June 13, 1780.

35 Thomas Followell< no role > , in the Poultry -compter, committed by the right ho-
hourable Brackley Kennett, Esq ; Lord Mayor< no role > , on oath of Eldridge
Evans,
< no role > John Bryant< no role > , and others, for that he, with a great number of
disorderly persons, on Thursday the 8th of June instant, assembled
themselves together in a riotous and tumultuous manner, in and near his
Majesty's gaol of Newgate , and for having set fire tot he old cells of
the said gaol. Dated June 13, 1780.

36 Theophilus Brown< no role > , in the Poultry -compter, committed by the right ho-
nourable Brackley Kennett, Esq ; Lord-Mayor, on oath of John Kirby< no role >
and Thomas Gates< no role > , for having, on Monday the 5th day of June instant,
with diverse other disorderly persons, assembled themselvers together, in
a riotous and tumultuous manner, before a dwelling-house in the front
of a Romish chapel, situate in White-street , Moorfields , London, and
pulling down the said dwelling-house and chapel, and kindling fires for
consuming the materials and furniture of the same. Dated June 14, 1780.

able Brackley Kennett, Esq ; Lord-Mayor, on oath of John Patridge< no role >
and another, for assaulting him and cutting three of the singers of his
right hand almost off. Dated June 15, 1780.

38 Thomas Mooney< no role > , in the Poultry -compter, committed by Sir Watkin
Lewes, Knight, on oath of William Corner< no role > and another, for assembling
himself with a great number of persons at present unknown, to the
great terror of the people, at the house o Thomas Langdale< no role > , on Hol-
born-bridge, London, and there being present at, and feloniously and
traiterously assisting in unlawfully demolishing part of the said house.
Dated June 19, 1780.
