Who being Oath Say, and first the said Joseph Powell< no role >

himself saith, that a person now present who calls herself Elizabeth
Emery livid as a Servant
with him for about a Month past Saith
that yesterday a pair of Suffers now produced were Stolen out of
this Informants houseand the said Thomas Browne< no role >
for himself
Saith that Mary Warburton< no role >
now present offered the said pair of
Steel Suffers to this Informant to pledge, Saith that he
Immediately Stopped her; and the said Mary Warburton< no role >
for
herself Saith that Yesterday the said Elizabeth Emery< no role >
came
to her Lodgings in Parkers Street
Drury Lane
and desired
her to Pledge the said Street Snuffers
