The Information of James Swinhoe, & Benjamin
Fonseca
< no role > , taken before me this 15th, day of December
1779 .

Who being on Oath Say and first Said James Swinhoe for
himself Says that about a Month ago a Quantity of
Cloth now produced, the Property of Messrs. Ireland Donaldson
and Robinson, of Grace church Street , was feloniously stolen
from him at the Swan with two Necks Gateway. And
the said Benjamin Fonseca for himself Says that
the Cloth now produced was given to him by James Scott< no role >
now present to sell for him; that he did accordingly
sell the same to Hyam Solomon< no role > now present and paid
the Money arising by the Sale thereof to the said James
Scott
