Monday the fifteenth Day of February in the Nineteenth
year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of
Great Britain Etc.
Whereas The Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Ann
and Agnes within Aldersgate
London
have exhibitted their Petition and Appeal to this Court
setting forth that by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the
peace for the City of London
(one being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the twenty seventh Day of January last Elizabeth

Aged two Years and upwards the Daughter
of James Dunkley< no role >

his Wife
both Deceased was
removed from the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldersgate
London
to the said Parish of Saint Ann
and Agnes
within Aldersgate
as the place of her last legal settlement
and that the Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Order and Judgement of the said two Justices
humbly appealed against the same Wherefore at the
request of the said Petitioners It is Ordered that the
benefit of the said Appeal be saved unto them and that
the hearing and determination thereof be and the same
in hereby adjourned unto the next General Quarter Session
of the peace to be holden for the said City at the Guildhall
aforesaid on Monday the Twelfth Day of April next at
Eight of the Clock in the morning and that Due notice
hereof be given unto the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldersgate
.
