behalf presentable within the Ward aforesaid for the Public Good
Nevertheless the saidEllis Hugh Johnson< no role >
little regarding his Duty in theirrespondbehalf but intending &
endeavouring the due Execution of his said Office last mentioned totally
to neglect continually after his said Election into the said Office
until the day of the taking of their Inquisition (although often
requested) and on the said Monday next after the Feast of the Epiphany
London aforesd. to wit at the Parish aforesd. in the Ward aforesaid
London aforesaid to make his Appearance as aforesd. or to make
any such Presentment as aforesd. or his said Office in any manner
to executed voluntarily obstinately & contemptuously hath altogether
aforesaid & denied and get doth refused & deny against his said [..]
In manifest Contempt of our said Lord the King & his Laws To
the bad Example of all others in the like Cave Offending and against
the Peace of our sd. Lord the King his Crown & Dignity And the
Juror aforesd. upon their Oath aforesaid further present That the said
Hugh Johnson< no role > on the said 21 day of Dec in the 19th year
afsd. and long before & always after until the day of the taking of
this Inquisition was inhabitantinhabiting & resiant paying Seat & bearing Lot
within the said Parish of Saint Clement East Clark Mary Weslock< no role > in the Word
of Langbournafsd. and that within the Ward of
Langbourn aforsd. there is & from the time Whereof the
Memory of than is not to the contrary there hath been a certain
