Cloth Cloaks one black Silk Cloak Five pieces of Irish Linen
Cloth the property of him this Deponent knowing the same to
have been stolen That at the last General Quarter Session of the Peace
holden in and for the County at Guildhall Hall in King Street
Westminster
He this Deponent preferred a Bill of Indictment

and Thomas Bright< no role >
for
Burglariously breaking open and Entering the Dwelling House
of him this Deponent in White Chapel
aforesaid and Stealing taking
and carrying away one hundred and Fifty Yards of Manlua Silk
one hundred and Sixty five Yards of Sattin One hundred and ten
Yards of Modes a large Quantity of Cloth Cloaks and divers other
Goods the property of him this Deponent And this Deponent further
saith that he hath been informed that the said Esther Moses< no role >
could not be Indicted till the said John Stewart Anderson< no role >

or some or one of them should be Convicted otherwise
