Case

The only Question that can Arise on this Appeal is whether Margt. Betten the Person named
in the Pass Warrant lived in the Appellants parish 12 Months or not

The said Margt. Betten is a Person of Weak Intellects And it is apprehended the person of her
being passed to the Appellants parish was occaioned by her having sworne before the Lord Mayor that
she had lived with Mr Spior in Appellants parish for upwards of 12 Months which Oath we hope & feloise
was not taken from a Wicked principle but occasioned by a defective Memory But we doult not the
following proofes will rectify the defort and the Appellants prayer be granted.
