WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Andrew Undershaft
in the City of
London, That

lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, andarelikely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath ofEdward Hughesas otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the saidEdward Hughes and Margaret his Wife.

in the County of Surry
and that thithertotheyought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish ofSaint Andrew Undershaft in the City of
London, forthwith to remove and convey the saidEdward Hughes
and Margaret his Wife
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Camberwell in the County of Surry
Andthemdeliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide forthemaccording to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this8th. Day of May One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy five
