for this Deponent afterwards found that the Grand Jury for
London were not then discharged but sat on the Monday then
next following and this Deponent further says that the said
Mistake was the true and only Reason why the said Recognizance
was not fatfilled And this Deponent further says that on [..]
hath been prefered against the said Sarah for the said Offence to
the Grand Jury last Sessions and found to be a true Bill and that
a Warrant is now in the hands of Mr. Payne a Constable for the
apprehending the said Sarah Dean< no role > otherwise Coxall< no role > otherwise
Stokes< no role > thereon And this Deponent verily believes that he
shall be able to take the said Sarah Dean otherwise Coxall otherwise
Stokes between this and the next Sessions because this Deponent
hath heard where she has been lately very frequently
