a dangerous mannot fet to be trusted upon business
of the least Consequencewhich said Letter is now in
Deponents power or possession And this Deponent Saith that without
Compleating his said business or being able to procure said Sum of twenty
pounds Deponent with Difficulty and expence is returned to Town
and humbly hopes for the indulgence of this honourable Court as
to the payment of the said Money to said Prosecutor it not being in
Deponent power at present to said or pay the Same
