Directions and fully intends to enter up the said Judgment against the
said Prosecutor Mathew Kenny< no role > so soon as that can be regularly done by
the Rules and Practice of the said Court of Kings Bench which Judgment
this Deponent is advised by his Council and believes will be material to
be given in Evidence on the Trial of the said Indictment-
