man and a careful Driver

Memorandum If ound John Grum< no role > of the
Parish of Saint Mary Islington in the County
of Middlesex Shoemaker one of the Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish to prefer an Indictmt.
at the next Session of Goal Delivery to behind for
the City of London agt. Thomas Barrett< no role > for the
Murder of Edward Potter< no role > and to Presents him
thereon; and also on the Inquisition taken
before and whereby the said Thomas Barrett< no role >
stands Charged with Feloniously killing and
staying the said Edward Potter< no role > and I also found
all the other Witnesses (Execpt & Barrett and
Burgh) in £20 to give Evidence on the said
Indictment and on any Inquisition.
