Witness against the said Henry Eastwick< no role >

whose testimony this Deponent is informed and verity
believes that he this Deponent who is bound to prosecute
the said Henry Eastwick< no role >
cannot with safety preferr a
Billl of Indictment against the said Henry Eastwick< no role >
so as
to have the same found a true Bill And this Deponent
further Saith that he is informed and verily believes that
the said William Skeys< no role >
is now at Cork aforesaid and
[..] hopes & beleives that he shall be able to have the said
William Skeys< no role >
in England
to give evidence upon a Bill
of Indictment before the grand inquest against the
said Henry Eastwick< no role >
at the next Session of Oyer and
Terminer to be holden for the City of London
which he will
use his endeavours to accomplish and this Deponent further
Saith that upon his application to the Clerk of the Sessions of
Oyer and Terminer
for an Indictment against the said Henry

prepare a good or proper Bill of Indictment without receiving
