Who being upon Oath says that in the Night between the & 1 Instant
his house was broke open and robbed of several Crown pieces half Crowns
Rings Silver Plate and other things, and that he has Cause to suspect
that Lyon Lyons< no role > Mary Harris< no role > Charles Burton< no role > Francis Phenix< no role > and
Edward Flannagan< no role > are the persons who committed the said Robbery
