Middlesex To wit

The Information of John Bromley< no role > taken
before me this 10th. day of January 1772

Who being upon Oath says he knows Charles Burton< no role > Edward Flanagan< no role >
Francis Phenix< no role > and Henry Jones< no role > and William Smith< no role > and William
Hudson,
< no role > that last Night the said William Smith< no role > William Hudson< no role > and
this Informant broke open the house of Mr. Nesbitt in Aldermanbury
and stolen some Silver Spoons that they were in Company together
at a Public house near Temple Bar and drank some Gin there
before they sett off to break open the said house, says that on the
Morning following the Robbery at Sir Robert Ladbroke< no role > 's house he
was told the said Mary Harris< no role > was possessed of a Number of
Crown pieces, that afterwards he saw the said Francis
Phenix and Edward Flannagan< no role > in New Prison and Charles
Burton in Clerkenwill Bridewell that the said Francis Phenix< no role >
desired this Informant to go to Mrs. Cave to whom he told this
Informant they had sold the Goods that were stolen from Sir
Robert Ladbroke< no role > 's house to get some Money for them that
he went accordingly and saw the said Mrs. Cave and her husband
Lyons that one of them told him they had got no Money but had
got some of the Gold which they wanted to sell says to told her
he would get some body to buy it of them that he met with John
Heatley that Evening with whom he went the neat Morning
to the said Lyons and Caves that the Gold was then produced
and weighed and the said John Heatley< no role > gave them thirty
one Guineas for it that the said Mrs. Cave then said she
would carry some if the Money to the said Prisoner, that
the said John Heatley< no role > and this Informant went to sell the
