The King against Richard Hunt< no role >

John Golightly< no role > of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
in the County of Middlesex Distiller and William Fowle< no role >
of Red Lyon Square in the Parish of Saint George the
Martyr in the County of Middlesex Apothecary severally
make Oath And first the said William Fowle< no role > south that
William Golightly< no role > of Round Court Saint Martins, Le Grand Office
Keeper is now confined to his bed with the Meazles
and that he attends him as his Apothecary in that
Illness and that it is impossible for him to go out of
his house without manifest danger of his life And the
said John Golightly< no role > Says that he is a total Stranger
to and incapable of giving any Evidence concerning
the matters for which the said Richard Hunt< no role > stands
committed but that the said William Golightly< no role > as this
Deponent believes knows the truth of the said
matters and can give material Evidence touching the
same and that he is advised and verily believes that
without the benefit of his Evidence there is not
sufficient Evidence to Prosecute the said Richard Hunt< no role >
at this present Sessions
