Please to take Notice that the Court of General Session
of Oyer and Terminer to be held for the City of London at
Justice Hall in the Old Bailey within the Suburbs of
the said City by Adjournment on Friday next at the
Hour of ten in the forenoon of the same day will then
and there (or so soon after as Counsel can be heard)
be moved to have the Trials of the said six several
Indictments put off untill the next Session of Oyer
and Terminer to be held for the said City In Order that
the said Defendant may further Apply to Mr. Attorney
General for a Noli Prosequi in the said Causes
Dated the 14th. day of January 1767 .
