The King agst Wm Lloyd< no role >

Arthur Morris< no role > Esquire Commander of the ship Boscawen
late in the United East India Company's Service maketh oath that
on the tenth day of January one thousand seven hundred and sixty
three (the day when the pretended will of William Duff< no role > and for forging
what William Lloyd< no role > stands indicted bears date) the said Ship
Boscawan was proceeding on a Voyage from Bombay to Bengal
with the said William Duff< no role > on board and that the said William
Duff dyed on board the said Ship on or about the thirteenth day
of December in the said Year one thousand seven hundred and
sixty three Whilst the said ship lay in Bengal River and that
the said ship contained in India from the said tenth day of
January one thousand seven hundred and sixty three untill
[..] the Month of March
one thousand seven hundred and Sixty four and that the said
William Duff< no role > [..] continued to belong to the said Ship and was in
India during so long of the said last mentioned share of time as he lived
