And both these Deponents Robert Mountague< no role >
and Robert Lewin< no role >
for themselves severally say that according to the Advices lately
received by the several Companys to which they respectively belong
and which these Deponts. severally believe to be true the said John
Rice< no role >
hath been apprehended and is in Custody at Cambray
in
French Flanders And these Deponts. say that Application hath
(as these Depont. have heard and believe) been made to the Court
of Frances on behalf of the said two Companys to have the said John
Rice delivered up to be Sent over to this Kingdom to be tried and
answer for the Offences aforesaid and that they verily believe
that the delivery up or not of the said John Rice< no role >
is a matter still
is suspence and not yet determined by the Court of France
