Take Notice that I will move his Majesties Court of Oyer and
Terminer and Sayle delivery of Newgate for the City of London
and County of Middx to be held at Justice Hall in the Old
Bailey in the City of London on Wednesday next or So toon
after as Councell can be heard that the Tryall of the Indictmt.
in this Cause may be Put of untill the next Quarter Sessions
to held for the said City & County by reason of the absence
of one or Move Material Witnesses of me the said Prosecution
