George Harrison< no role > of White Fryers London Gentlemen Sollr. for the
Prosecutors Abraham Levi< no role > of Hemage Lane Cread Church London Chapman
and Moses Price< no role > of Saint Andrews holborn Vinter Severally make Oath and Say
& the said George Harrison< no role > for himself maketh Oath and Saith that he
Concieves and verily Believes that James Aldust< no role > who is Clerk to the
Honourable Mr Justice Bathurst is a material witness for the Prosecution
this Cause without whose Testimony the said Indictment Cannot Safely be tryed And
this depont. Saith that the said James Aldust< no role > did on tuesday last Set out with
the said Mr Justice Bathurst to attend him upon the Circuit as this Depont
hath been Informed and Believes and the said Abraham Levi< no role > for himself
maketh Oath that he was a Witness Sworn and Examined before the Grand Jury
upon the finding the said Bill of Indictment and that Myer Abrahams< no role >
of Dukes place London Chapman is a Material Witness against the Defendt.
in Support of the said Indictment and without the Testimoney of the said Myer
Abrahams
< no role > as this Depont. Believes the same Cannot Safely be tryed And this
Depont. further Saith that the said Myer Abrahams< no role > did about five weeks ago
depart from London on a Journey to Leverpool in Lancashier as the Dept.
believes and is not Yet returned And this Depont. hath since made Enquiry often
him of Several of his frends & Acquaintance and this Dept. on tuesday last
saw his wife who is Daughter of Henry Samuel< no role > of Dukes place aforesaid and
is there residing and was then informed by her that she had received a Letter about Six days ago
from her said Husband then at Leverpoole by which Letter her said husband had informed
her that he would return to London about the Middle of March next and
not Sooner all which this Depont. Beleives to because and that the said Myer
Abrahams
< no role > is not yet returned to London But this Dept. hopes and verily
believes for the resons aforesaid that the said Myer Abrahams< no role > will return to
attend the tryal of the above Indicmt. at the next Sessions And the said ne [..]
Price for himself maketh Oath That he did on monday last Serve the Deft
Fleetwood and the said Mr Monk and Fowler whom he believes are
Attorneys or Agents for the said Mr Fleetwood with the Annexed Notice
of Motion by leaving a Copes of the same with the said Deft Fleetwood
Wife at his house in or near St. Johns Square Clerknwelland by leaving
another Copywiththereof at the Chambers of the said Mr Monk &
Bowler Mr Cliffords Inn with a Clerk on Petition attending there
