Take Notice that I hereby (Amtermand the Notice agt. Tryall of this Cause
for Monday the Seventh day of this Instant July as Guildhall London
And I hereby Give you further Notice that the Court of Sessions of the Peace to be
holden at Guildhall aforesaid for the City of London will be Moved a Monday
next that the Tryall of the said Defendant Traverses of this Indictment may be
Postponed till the next Ensuing Sessions or to the Adjournment Day
of the Present Sessions a Assault of a Fever having Seized the
Said Defendant as will Appear by Affidavit which will them be
Exhibitted to the said Court dated the Fifth day of July 1760
