Serenus Barrett< no role > of Newgate Street London Linnen Draper (one of the
Assignees of the Estate and Effects of the said James Aldridge< no role > under a
Commission of Bankrupts lately awarded endissued against him) and
John Elderton< no role > of Featherstone Buildings Holborn Gentleman make
Oath And first this Deponent Sevnus Barrett< no role > Saith That he hath from time to time
since the Committment of the said James Aldridge< no role > to Prison Used
all possible dilizence and Endeavours to detect investigate and discover
the Concealments the said James Alderdge< no role > is most violently suspected
to have made of his Estate and Effects But this Deponent hath not
neither hath. Mr. John Wibb< no role > this Deponents Partner and Coassignece
to this Deponents knowledge or belief as yet been able to delect find out
or discover by any Ways or means whatsoever any further or other
concealments than what are mentioned and contained in an
Affidavit in Writing Sworn by this Deponent and the other Deponent
John Elderton< no role > in this Honourable Court on or about the Sixteenth
day of January last past and to which this Deponent eravesleaes
to refer although this Deponent doth realis in his Consuience believe
that divers others Concealments of the said James Aldridges Estate and
Effects have been made by the said James Aldridge< no role > or by the wife and
Family of the said James Aldridge< no role > and with his knowledge
Privity or Consent And this Deponent John Elderton< no role > Saith That
he is one of the Sollicitors under the said Commission of Bankrupt
issued against the said James Aldridge< no role > And that he this Deponent
by the directions of the Assignees under the said Commission hath
used all due diligence in his power to detect and discover the Frands
and Concealments which the said James Aldridge< no role > is suspected to
