Who being Severally on Oath say and first the sd: Robt:
for himself saith that about a month ago a Vane
of Glasswasbeing broken in this Informt: shop Window
in Newgate Street andthis Informt: missed some Lace
but what Quantity this Informt: cannot tell And this
Informt: saith that a parcell of Lace now produced
this Informt: believes to be his property and to be
Stolen [..] out of his sd Shop Window [..]
And the sd: Mary Ryly for her Self Saith that two
Girlswhonow present who Call themselves Sarah
Martin

brought to this Informts: Cellar the parcell of Lace
now produced in one of their Aprons and a pair of
Shoes or pumps and a person then present whose
name is John Lacy< no role > Stopped the sd Lace And the
Sd Turnis for himself saith that himself, Terry
Smith
< no role > and the sd: Martin and Mc: Guire were
the persons present at [..]
of the sd. shop [..] Stealing the Sd Lace out of
the sd Shop Window.
