was convicted before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of London , of swearing Eight Profane Oaths in
the Parish of Saint Gregory for which said Offence I do adjudge him to Forfeit and pay the Sum of
Eight Shillings for the use of the Poor of the said Parish
