was convicted before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of London , of swearing seve Profane Oaths
in the Parish of Saint Helen near Bishopsgate on Monday the fifth Instant for which said offence I do
adjudge him to Forfeit and pay the Sum of seven Shillings
