upon him the name of John Daunt< no role > the pretended Executor mentioned in
Such Will and Acted as Such in the Commons at the Proving of the
Said Will as this Informant verily believes, And this Informant did
in pursuance of the Said Thomas Noads< no role > 's further orders and Directions
to him, des [..] the Said Mr Crespigny to Send the said Probate to
him the Said Thomas Noads< no role > Which by Letter from the Said Thomas
Noads to him this Informant the Said Thomas Noads< no role > afterwards
acknowledged to have received accordingly from the Commons
And by the Same Letter desired this Informant to wa [..]
him the Said Thomas Noads< no role > and to bring the Said Tho [..]
Williams alias John Daunt< no role > along with him And this Info [..]
further voluntarily Saith That after the forging of Such Will
as aforesaid and proving the Same as aforesaid, the Said
Thomas Noads< no role > did (after deducting three Several Ageneys and half
a Crown for the Person who brought the Said Probate together
with the Discount of a Bills Said to be remitted from Mr. Henry
Casamajor
< no role > of Bristoll ) pay to the Said Thomas Williams< no role > alias
John Daunt< no role > the Sum of thirty pounds or thereabouts as
Gratuity for his Service in the Said Forgery and uttering the
Said Forged willandknowing it to be forged
