city aforesd. Labourer not having God before his Eyes But being moved and seduced by the
Instigation of the Devil on the Twenty third Day of the same Month of March in the Year
aforesaid He the said

a certain Quantity of a certain Drug commonly
called Jallup feloniously old put his and mingle with a certain Quantity of Milk
which sd. Milk so mixed with the said Jallup He the said

place in Order to be drank and swallowed by the said

Davison not knowing the said Milk to be mixed with the said Jallup as a aforesaid did
then & there drink and did allow down By Means whereof he the sd

became sick and distempered in his Body of which said Sickness and Distemper he the

languished and languishing did his from the said Twenty third Day
of March to the Twenty Ninth Day of the said Month of March in Year aforesaid
at the parish aforesaid in the Ward aforesaid in the City aforesaid on which said
Twenty Ninth Day of March the Sd.

occasioned by the
[..] Drinking and swallowing down of the said Milk so mixed & mingled
with the said Drug called Jallop as aforesd. did die And that one
