Take Notice that I intend to move the
Court of Session of Oyer & Terminer to be holden at
Justice Hall in the Old Baily in and for the City of
London on Saturday in & at 10 oClock in the forenoon
of the same day or so soon after as Councel can be
heard, That the Tryal of the above Indt. may be put
off untill the next Session by reason of Two Material
Witnesses in my Prsence being alst. and not at
prest: to be found and without whose Testimony I
cannot safely proceed to try my Traverse Dat 16th: Janry: 1752
