the field in the County of Middlesex Staymaker
maketh Oath that he well knows Thomas
Garrett
< no role > the Prosecutor and that the said
Thomas Garrett< no role > did this morning put out
his Shoulder Bone and the same was not
set this morning at Eleven of the Clock but
a Surgeon sent for And thereby the said Thomas
Garret is rendred Incapable of Attending this
morning And this Depont Further Saith that
he has been Informed and verily believes the
said Prosecutor is a Material Witness in this
Cause and without whos Evidence it will
be unsafe to Try the same
