each other & the Deced Bartholemew Endeavouring to make a Blow
he fell down, says that they had Several falls, but did not see em to
hurt one another, Says that there was a Brick Sat near where the
Deced fell, but did not see him fall on it

Mrs. Bartholemew that her Husband was gone out with a Large Sume
of Money, And in the Evening to his great Surprise saw a Coach stop &
his Neighbour

done with the fist, But might have been done either by a Stick or
Violent Weapon or a fall on a Stone, Says there was another Wound
on the forehead but not Mortal into Nature, But the first was,
says that he then Opend the Body & found some Extravasated
Blood and the Liver Putrifyed.
