Take Notice that the Court of Oyer and Terminer for the City of
London held at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey will be made on
Friday next on as soon after as Council can be heard that the Trial of
the above Indictment by your Preferred against me may be put off
until the Sessions to be held in the Month of October next by reason.
