Take Notice That Intend to Move the
Court of Sessions of Oyer and Terminer held at Justice Hall
in the Old Bayley
London to Morrow being the Seventeenth
day of this husband January in order to put off mu Tryal
on the said Indictment until the next ensuing Sessions
of Oyer and Terminer to be holden for the said City of
London
On my Affidavit of the absence of my late Clerke

my most material Witness without whoe
Testimony I cannot Safely proceed to take my Tryal on
the above Indictment And who has absconded from me
since the above Prosecution was commenced Dated the
