maketh Oath That about Six or Seven Weeks ago this Depont.
said Husband was taken violently Ill with the Gent in his
Stomach and other Parts of his Body and that about three
Weeks ago he being very much Recovered [..]
to go out of his Room into the pr [..]
a little Air and that since that he has been taken he
with a violent Fever and the Gent is returned upon him
again inasmuch that he is dangerously ill and keeps
his Bed and is unable to Attend to take his Trial this
Session without great danger and Peril of his Life
