of the Parish of Saint John Southwark
in the County of Surry Leather Dresser and

have Remised Released, and for ever quitt claymed, and by these presents
do Remise Release and for ever quitt clayme unto John Coleby< no role > of
the said Parish of Saint John Southwark in
the County of Surry Aforesaid Waterman
and Mary< no role > his Wife they or either of their

Heirs Executors and Administrators, all and all
manner of Action and Actions, Cause and Causes of Action Suits, Bills,
Bonds, Writings, Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts, Sum and
Sums of Money, Judgements, Executions, Extents, Quarrells, Controversies,
Trespasses, Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity
or otherwise howsoever which against the said John Coleby< no role > and
Mary his Wife Wee as either of us

ever had and which Wee or ourHeirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have claim challenge
or demand for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Thing
whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these
presents In Witness whereof Wee have hereunto sett our Hands and Seals
