came hastily out of the said Court where she heard great
Groaning which he imagines was made by Captain Joseph
Johns< no role >
who was stabbed in the said Court And this
Examinant further saith That the said Jacob Lopez< no role >
laid his Hand upon her Shoulder which was in a very
trembling Condition and said to this Examinant putho on
Bett And this Examinant further saith That from the
Confusion and Terrer he was in at the Time he spoke
to and laid hold of this Examinant she apprehends and
beleives he was concerned in the robbing and stabbing
the said Captain Johns and that this Examinant woud have
confessed before but she was afraid of being murdered
