The humble Petition of Humphry Francis< no role >
a Prisoner
in Newgate
.
Sheweth
That Your Petitioner on the Twenty Eighth day of July
last was Committed a Prisoner to the Poultry
Compter for stealing
a Letter at the Post Office
with Half a Guinea in it and in the
same Compter Remained a Prisoner untill Fryday the fourth Day
of this Instant September when he was Removed to the Gaol of
Newgate Charged with the same Offence.
Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays
that at this Present Session of Gaol Delivery of
Newgate he may be Tryed Bailed or Discharged
And Your Petitioner shall Pray Etc.
