severally make oath and say And first the said Ann West< no role >
[..] herself saith that she this Deponent was about afortnight since
Imployed to attend one Catherine Jones< no role >
(whom this Deponent [..]
and beleives is the Defendant in this Cause) in the Capacity of a Nurse
account of a Violent fever she the said Catherine Jones< no role >
was then Seized [..]
at Windsor aforesaid
And this Deponent saith that she attended the said
Catherine Jones< no role >
in her said Illness from the time aforesaid untill thursday
last when the said Catherine Jones< no role >
was there in so weak a Condition
occasioned by the said fever that it is Impossible for the said Jones
in this Deponents Judgment to be now Removed up to London without
the manifest hazard and Danger of her life And the Deponent William
Fullsom for himself saith that he did yesterday serve William Tash< no role >

the prosecutor in this Cause with a true Copy of the notice hereunto an [..]
by leaving the same at the said Mr. Task's house in Cateaton street
near Guildhall
