do intend to appeal at the next General Quarter Session of
the peace to be held for the City of London
at the Guild hall
within the
said City on Wednesday the Eleventh day of this instant January at
Ten of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day in order that she may be
discharged from her Apprenticeship with you because you unlawfully
beat and abuse her and do not find her with Sufficient Meat drink
and other Necessarys as by Indenture of Apprenticeship you ought
said are obliged to do and also taht you may return the Sum of Forty
Shillings back to the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of Saint James Clerkenwell
in the County of Middlesex
