maketh Oath that on the ninth Day of February instant he
this Depont. was present and did see Margaret Madder the
prosecutrix in this Cause duly sign Seat Execute & deliver to
the Defondt. Thomas Bradshaw< no role > the General Release hereunto
annexed And that he this Depont. was one of the subscribing
Witnesses thereto And this Depont. also saith that the Mark
of Margaret Madder< no role > to the said General Release set is the
proper Hand Writing of the said Margaret Madder< no role > and that
the names of Thomas Smith< no role > (the other subscribing Witness
to the said Release) and of this Depont. are the proper Hand
Writing of the said Thomas Saith and this Deponent
respectively.
