maketh Oath that John Banham< no role > Waterman (who was
Bound in a Recogizance before Sr. John Barnard< no role > Knight
and Alderman of the City of London aforesaid on the
Seventh [..] day of December last as this Deponent is
Informed and verily believes to Prosecute one [..]
Phillip Hay< no role > for Stealing out of his Boat a Great Coat
and Five Code Fish) was on Tuesday the Eleventh day
of this Instant January Impressed into his Majesty's
Service and is now Decained on Board the Endeavour
Tender Captain Carter Master lying at Tower Wharfe
where this Dept. See the said John Banham< no role > this day
in Custody aforesaid being under Deck of the said Tender.
