Sir,
The following Persons Vizt. James Rayner< no role > ,
Mary White< no role > , Mary Page< no role > , Esther Burnham< no role > and Anne
Holland
< no role > , having been convicted, at several Sessions
held at the Old Bailey for Felonies, and other Crimes,
And you having recommend them, to the King, as
sd Objects of His Majesty's Mercy, on Condition of
Transportation; His majesty is graciously
pleased to extend His Royal Mercy to the said
Persons, upon the said Condition of Transportation
And I am commanded by His Majesty to [..] gruty
the same to you, that you may give the
necessary [..] the Transportation of James
Rayner, for the Term of his natural Life, and
Mary White< no role > , Mary Page< no role > , Ester Burnham< no role > , and
Anne Holland< no role > , for Fourteen Years, to some of His
Majesty's Colonys or Plantations in America
pursuant to the Act of Parliament, in that
behalf.
