Living at the Sign of the
in the Parish of Saint Antholias
in the Ward of
Cordwainer
did in a Deceit full Manner obtain a Lycence from his
Majestys Justices
at the Sessions held at the Guildhall
of this
City the [..] 12th. day of March last for Lycencing
Victuallers and others who sell Brandy and other distilled
Liquors by retail to be Drank in their houses within the City of
London and libertys thereof pretending he the said Horrobin was
omitted to be incerted in the Return [..] allowed by the Alderman or Bis
Deputy of the said Ward of all such Victuallers and others that
Retail sellBrandy Etc. and other Distilled Liquors According to the Custome used in the said City of
London Whereas the said Thomas Harrobin< no role >
was disallowed
by the Alderman and Deputy of the said Ward That to prevent
abuses and disorders which may happen to the burt and honble
of the Common
Wealth of this Kingdom by the said Thomas
Horrobiner continuing to Retail Brandy Etc in the House of the sd.

and the said Lycence being obtained by false
pretence for which reason this Court hath thought fitt to remove
discharge and put away and doth Accordingly remove discharge and
put away the Common
selling of Brandy [..] and other distilled
Liquors by retail to be drank in the house of the said Thomas
Horrobin And this Court doth order and Require the Beadle of the
said ward and Constables of the said Parish of
in the said City forthwith to repair to the house of the said Thomas
Horrobin and give him Notice there fund that be do not from and after
the Time herein limitted Presence to seller Offer any Brandy
